Something I knew growing up but still see in peoples eyes of first time marriages. People believe that it is going to be this divine, overwhelming feeling of heaven. They do not see that it is only a promise that they are offering to each other and God is only there to hear your promise as he did countless times when you pray for him to take you out of a situation promising him that you will change; in which many times, we do not.

Marriage is not a spiritual rising, it is a celebration of the unity of two people. Know that you will not be lifted into the sky, know that you will not see God or is Angels, Know that the moment leading up to "I do" is an experience of promising yourself to someone else is lead up like everything in life in which we hold expectations. When the experience is over, we are diminished back to our old self; the person we were leading to the "I do."

No Control

We live only because of the things our mind does without us knowing. To live is the minds first instinct and although can lose care for himself, the mind do his best to save itself. We live a controlled life in which the master is our mind. We have almost no choice as what we think we want has already been decided by our mind, it just allow us to think we are making the decisions.

Self interests are interest that can be a self motivated into a greater good for all. In that, you must understand that nothing is free; you are paying with currency, time, other objects, or other intangibles.

Who You Are...

"One is most himself when one understands where one came from"

Because of my casual respect for peoples space, I fell into the trap of not knowing who I am. I know who I am today based on only what I have experienced. I do not know whom I am today because I do not know what the people I came from endured in life. I know so little of them, that in reflection, I know less about myself.

We are shaped by our surrounding in which finds us our friends, that of which are the most influence in our lives. We find them based on the things in common we share at that moment, but as we grow, we grow apart and our change influence them as their change influences them.

For may years forward, the friends we have, are the most influence in our lives; that of which our environment as provided us with. Then at some point in our lives, mid 30's upward, we start so seek, or seek more of whom the people we came from were. Why where they whom they were and what caused them to be so. In all we will be looking into them to find what we have in common with them.

Happiness Through Misery

"Those who look for misery will find that they were already happy"

We are all searching for the state of happiness and in doing so we are looking into things that we believe we make us content. Those things are manufactured happiness because to be happy is a simple thing. Happiness is a simple thing and it takes very little to make someone happy. The happiness we are looking for now is jealousy. We think we will be happier if we have more than others, but if we have more than other and they are jealous, won't some try to take it from us? And if they succeed, how content are we?

Touching the base that after one has acquire all the thing that he things will make him happy, he will find that all of those things are fine, but they do not make someone happy. He himself made himself happy by accomplishing what he did to get where he did. Then happiness is time spent with people, the little thing.

If a man live sole in the world, all the cars, all the gold, and all the money will not be on him, for all what objects are made for is to share it with others.
